Shoulder of Mutton Hill

I went for a glorious walk around the Ashford Hangers, part of an AONB in East Hampshire. This is a view across the appropriately named village of Steep towards the quite vertiginous, for Southern England, Shoulder of Mutton Hill. On Shoulder-of-Mutton Hill there is a plaque to the poet Edward Thomas as this is where he and his wife Helen lived before his death in WW1.
