Spanish waiter

We arrived in Fuerteventura quite late last night after 2 cancelled trips in the last 2 years due to Covid !

It was lovely to feel the warmth and see the blue sky this morning but we are actually here to celebrate Mrs AMK’s big birthday at the weekend and she loves Corralejo.

We were too late to get food last night but tonight we made up by having a delightful tapas meal . I showed the waiter this photo of him producing his dramatic meal - even carving the beef and how he added the seasoning was dramatic to watch ! He liked it .

The extra of a colourful villa wall I  took during a walk to the famous dunes this afternoon - I will need to return another day to try and capture a photo of the kite surfers.
