Superb Ant-Hill Hoverfly

I've photographed one of these hoverflies once before, they really are superb and get their name because they prey on ant-attended root aphids. They're also known as Day-Glo Syrphs. 

I spotted a fox through the window this evening and shot it using my macro lens. (Extras)
