My delivery…

Yesterday I thought I’d see whether I still needed to take the slow release Ibuprofen. Big mistake! I survived the day without the morning dose but didn’t sleep well because of muscle pain and stiffness when I didn’t take the evening dose either. So this morning I took a normal Ibuprofen for faster relief. It didn’t feel as if there was any fast recovery but since I was expecting a delivery I had to stay home anyway.
I’m not normally a fan of waiting in for a delivery but since this one was wine I thought it a worthwhile inconvenience. And it provided my blip so win win really!
