Help needed

Can anyone identify what the tree is in my main photo - and also the other tree in my extra please?  I have tried to find out online but have been unsuccessful.  The blossoms on the first tree are very silky to the touch and have a wonderful scent.  I would love one for our garden if I can track it down.

Had a nice walk, but the breeze is still as strong as yesterday when I got cold on a walk.  So dressed warmer today and was fine.

Stuart has finished decorating and the curtains are now back up in the dining room.
