Can't think of a title!

Today started out very overcast, but it got sunnier as the day went on.  I took this at about 6.30 pm tonight.  Very peaceful - and I prefer a cloudy sky to a boring featureless all-blue one!

Tourism is definitely down so far - there were only 3 people on the beach!  The campsite behind the beach was packed at this time last year, but now there are only a few caravans there.

I think many accommodation places last year raised their prices because people were desperate to get away, and couldn't fly off to Spain etc.  Those prices have stayed raised and it seems holiday makers have voted with their feet this year and flown off abroad for cheaper holidays!  I think the greed of those keeping their prices hiked to ridiculous levels is now giving them their rewards!

I checked on prices for that holiday home (converted public toilets)I mentioned a couple of days ago - its fully booked till October and then its £2240  for one week!  I can't believe that people are paying at least that  during July and August!
