Singing For Supper

I could hear the robin singing his song, but it took a while before I spotted him. To be fair, he was a distance away, but fortunately there were not many leaves on the tree to obscure him. I tried to get a shot with his beak open, but I liked the 3/4 pose in this image.

I love the simplicity of the graphic silhouette, but I can't quite allow myself to leave the details out and make the positive shape all black.

Another 90° day, it's been hot, can't complain.
