Parkrun Tourism

Early to bed last night (10:30) after al that golf but had a naff sleep in the hotel.

Woke up with lots of noise at 01:30 before finally getting up at 05:30 for the day.

Headed to Windy Nook parkrun which was hard to find for the first time but got there in the end.

It was 3 loops of quite a hilly event and only 29 runners. A very nice bunch of volunteers, runners, walkers, etc

Big P (who stayed back at the hotel) and I left Washington around 10:30 for the 3 hour drive home where I had some plant potting to do before the FA cup final.
