A BBQ with a difference

We’d a BBQ with pals this evening at Kinnernie which lies between Dunecht and Alford. Although it’s May we are in the NE of Scotland and despite sunshine we sat in coats before heading indoors when it got too cold. Brodie came and enjoyed the odd sausage.

Our pals live next to the old Kinnernie grave yard, which is notable for having a few graves covered by a mortsafe used to protect graves from grave in the early 19thC.
