Our ‘Gertrude Jekyll’ rose bush is full of buds some of which are now fully open. The flowers have a stunning fragrance.

Otherwise, C has potted -on the sunflower and sweet pea seedlings and planted fuschia and pelargoniums in large tubs. I’ve clipped the ‘busby’ bush, so called because it’s shape always reminds me of the headgear worn by the guards at Buckingham Palace et al.
