A touch of the sun
Today I went out with my brother to a few watery places in Surrey, firstly to Cutmill Pond at Puttenham, then to the River Wey Navigation at Dapdune Wharf on the edge of Guildford, which is my Blip today. We had a short trip up the river with a National Trust volunteer boatman before going on to enjoy a canalside pub lunch out in the sun. It's been around 22 degrees today, with very little wind, so we got well warmed up!
We called in to see my brother's younger son's family before ending the day for dinner at his elder son's place. Good to see the various members of the family, but glad to get back and look forward to a good sleep!
