Pasqueflower

Did an early morning, very sunny stint at the allotment today. The beautiful Pasqueflowers have come out this week, they are so downy and soft.
I have just looked them up on the internet and apparently they are highly toxic!! They come out at about Easter time hence their name meaning Easter/passover.
