GARDEN TOUR

Today my friend & I went on a
GARDEN TOUR in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. We toured
5 gorgeous gardens of these stately old homes. Each garden was unique & lovely.

The tour was sponsored by the GARDEN CONSERVANCY, an organization that
helps renovate public gardens, all over the US. These tours, which are offered in many
cities, are their largest fund raiser.

The raised beds, in my Blip, which are higher than most, were built for the homeowner who is past the age of bending & kneeling to garden. I thought it was a great idea, & they were filled with lovely plants.

My friend grew up near this area & knew the perfect place for a late lunch. It was the perfect way to complete the day.
