No markets this weekend so finally got down to Stobo, it's been weeks since the last time what with travel, markets, weddings etc Had a walk round the Japanese Water Garden and then just loafed by the pool, it was lovely.

I spoke to dad today, he said he'd managed to get himself washed and dressed (progress) and he moaned for quite a while about things so he must be feeling better. I'd be lucky to get a couple of sentences from him before and understanding what he was saying was difficult.

In the evening we went down to The Horsehoe at Eddleston with friends for dinner. Excellent steak as always.

Can't believe I missed such a momentous Eurovision. Really happy that solidarity sealed the win for Ukraine and unbelievably happy that the UK finally did so well too.
