Linton Open Gardens

8 people opened their gardens to the public this afternoon for Linton Open Gardens. After yesterday’s hot and sunny weather, today was a stark contrast which started with drizzle at lunchtime and continued to rain heavily for the rest of the day.
D and I were planning to eat at the brewery at lunchtime but the food van had to cancel so we had a lovely roast lunch at The 3 Hills in Bartlow. A definite improvement on a
burger from a van!
We spent a couple of hours wandering round the gardens and saw many lovely people. Despite the wet weather, people all turned out and it seems to have been a great success.
