Building Site

Our local train station has been a building site for years. They’ve installed longer platforms, fancy bike storage facilities and a big car park (nowhere for free drop offs and pick ups sadly).
Today, I saw this - the northbound waiting room has been demolished.

At least my journey today was straight to St Pancras and didn’t involve bus replacements, yay! It was delayed though.
Got a cheap first class ticket again but so disappointed not to get a free coffee, crisps and sandwich like last time :( boo hoo!

Anyway, on the plus side, managed to give all three of our lovely girls a big hug each today. A rare occurrence but lovely.
