Green Valley

I never realized just how green our part of Zihuatanejo is during the dry season (now). It is pretty apparent from this aerial view of Playas Las Gatas and La Ropa. We enjoy greenery all year round, whereas the hills surrounding our city turn a drab brown without nourishing rains. The rainy season moisture will return before we do as we headed to the U.S. for at least five months. It was a multi-transport trip - private car, airplane, taxi, train, and finally Uber. Left our Zihua home at 11:00 and arrived at our Oceanside, CA place two minutes before 19:00. If I were still a working man, that would be a full day's work.
