Out for a ride again

Some 7 weeks ago I woke up with a bad case of vertigo. Even went to the ER because I couldn't hold down any liquid or food.
So today was the first day I was able to ride my bike again. I still feel a bit unbalanced but I rode 18 miles and it went well.
