Urban Dis-renewal

This area overlooking the Genesse is the remains of Front street once a bustling bar and ****district on Rochester's waterfront. Everytime I pass I envision several thousand volunteer man hours ending in a natural park with several picnic tables along the river. It is probably destined as a Parking Lot.
