This shot reminds me of a Photo of the Day shot of old. I was doing my usual thing of wandering around the City of London near Bank looking for something shot worthy when the blue ribbon caught my eye. I knew how I wanted to edit it too, with the hat drawing the eye in. I darkened her surroundings because, well, it's Bank on a Monday.
