Rising Moon

Whatever the gremlins say, this shot was made today 16th of May and not the 15th as Blipfoto tries to insist. It was shot at about half an hour past midnight and the metadata bears it out. 
No, I didn't wait up all night awaiting the eclipse but at the same time I couldn't go to bed until this was in the bag.
The answer to yesterday's close up was the stylus or needle of an old gramophone record player spotted in a flea market. The "hairy" surface is simply the covering on the turntable. Well done to the two or three who spotted it correctly.
