A day at Bempton Cliffs with Jack

We set off in pouring rain, but there was hazy sunshine by the time we arrived. Jack and I had been planning a photographic day out together for weeks, and today it finally came together.
We saw few puffins - the main is the one shot that shows we saw any at all. But we loved watching the gannets (extra), kittiwakes, razorbills and other seabirds energetically getting their nest materials assembled.
It was also a chance for a good catch-up together.  
We'll be back for some return trips later in the year, I hope...
