The Curtain Twitcher

I'm tempted to say... only in Liverpool.  Mr C and I spent a night in an apartment near Lark Lane overnight after the big party.  This was the scene that greeted us as we left "the big house'.  Possibly it's a homage to the Liverpool FC final.  Possibly it's just cheeky scouse humour.
