The Sand Man Cometh,,,,,

Every so often, it may be once a year, the beach at Oriental Parade is "re-sanded".  
Its a fun thing to watch as heavy machinery has to complete this at low tide and against the clock. I am not sure where the new sand comes from but someone said the South Island. 
Anyway it started to rain so we lost interest and met The Bossess for Coffee and hot Choc.
