Still plugging away at improving health and fitness. I have to say it's made easier by such gorgeous weather and views!

Today's walk took me along the front at Gourock to soup and coffee in good company and then a walk back along to the car. I had every intention of trying to potter about in the front garden when I got back but I was nap attacked.

There's always tomorrow, more of the same weather please!
