The Cat That Lived In A Rabbit Hole

The first day of our short trip to Slenaken in South Limburg.

We did a 10 km walk through the hills.
Somewhere south of Blissen we encountered this cat, sunbathing in a meadow.

The cat was on eye level with me because we were walking on a hollow road 'beneath' the meadow. I took this picture but when I tried to sneak a little closer to get a better view, the cat disappeared into a rabbit hole in the side of the road.
