Slippy Slidey

After a couple of weekends putting together Phase 1 of Kara’s climbing frame is done. It includes a slide (which she loves) and an A frame climbing section. One side is the wooden blocks you see here and the other are climbing wall grips.

Everything had to be drilled so I learnt a bit more on how to do that thanks to Jen’s Dad. I quite enjoyed putting it together in the end.

There is a little bit more work to do as the ‘extension’ arrived today after being a bit delayed. Eventually the A frame becomes a den with a canvas over it. I’ll do that in a few weekend’s time. Give myself a rest!
