Dessert

I took it home as had 14h appointment.
I had finally found the restaurant for training workshop for “handicapped” people. Really nicely set out and excellent service. Seem to be preparing people for high-end restaurants. All bio produce from their own farm and other local suppliers. Wonderful food. They will always have a vegetarian option or adapt one.
The dark chocolate tart was exquisite for my “gouter”. Not too sweet at all.

27 degrees and hot sunshine all day. Some difficult interviews.

Thunderstorm this evening but only very brief and now turned internet, etc back on very little rain and temperature not dropped much.

Three courses for 11€!
