Thé look of love

A grand day out at Arnside. As well as climbing the Knott and enjoying the views we were treated to some wonderful wildlife at RSPB Leighton Moss. I love seeing the young birds and there is something quite magical to me in the beautiful ugliness of these baby coots 
In the montage I’ve included some baby black headed gulls and an avocet standing over her eggs, along with other happy highlights, I’ve included the dingy skipper because it’s a first sighting, and the red beetle because I was pleased with the focusing with the P1000. I have to credit J for the spoonbill.
