Runners

There were several small groups of runners around the lake in the park this afternoon. Unsurprisingly, given the warm sunshine, the park was quite busy. The weather, however, had turned to rain by early evening.

The swan has left its nest and is now swimming around with seven cygnets (some of them showing in the extra).  Its nest has been taken over by coots.
