'Gold' berries....

I recently caught sight of M's shopping bill from a well known German supermarket, and was quite surprised at how much more expensive food products are in Australia compared to the UK.  The most shocking one was the cost of a tiny punnet 125grms of blueberries, grown in Australia. Uk price when I last bought them was 89p around $1.60 Here they are $6.79 equivalent to £3.85!!
I have told him not to buy them again!! I'll go without ....
