Internet problems

In the centre of my photo is our new internet modem. We have had a frustrating two days with no internet. Two days of online chat solved nothing. This morning I was finally able to talk to a technician who performed on line tests. Our fibre box was fine. Our modem was not. We had to go to our local Spark shop, wait in line forever and then receive our new modem. We set this up then our Google home hub and wifi extender had to be set up thank you to some help from our daughter Amy.
The new ethernet lead was rather short so the modem now emerges between the boxes in my Matchbox toy collection.
