This is another view of Newhaven.

I've been laid up with a terrible cough and cold for 2 weeks, but today I thought I'd get some fresh air. I had intended to walk across the bridge to the riverside walk, but the traffic fumes were starting me coughing, so I thought a little walk in the public park at the back of Sainsbury's would be OK.  It's not a good look! The extra shows a litter bin which has been chucked in. The stream, at the back of an industrial estate is stagnant and very over-grown. In the winter the stream (it's quite small) gets clogged, floods the adjacent carpark and in the past has frozen over.
