Potting Up

A day off today. S. was feeling well enough to get up and do some work from garden bench.

600 litres of compost and 1200 litres soil conditioner arrived at 0730 so I spent literally all day gardening.

I potted up and out all the tomato; courgette and cucumbers. Potted up the plants that were in propagator including way too many chillis and aubergines. I weeded all the ‘veg bed 2’ and strulched the fruit bed.
Weeded the paths.
Then flopped into the bath.

I’ve been ignoring the sore throat I’ve developed and hope a day outdoors will have made the Covid that is inevitably in my body go away!
