London Underground

Well I didn’t want to do another bomb shelter post but this is where I have spent this evening and may well spend several more hours.?

We changed hotel as the lovely one with the mural was very near a significant military target. This one is called the London Hotel and has a model Big Ben outside and a very soviet style bomb shelter. We were here for 3.5 hours earlier, then got the all clear only to be sent back down here 30 minutes later just as I had got in bed.

This shelter is much more uncomfortable than the last one. Let’s hope these are all false alarms as something feels a bit off tonight.
