And today -Bird on the Wing

Lovely little Eastern kingbird found bugging -take off and landings  from/on my uncle's outdoor fireplace. Resting pose in extras. The bobolinks and meadowlarks have been pretty quiet and more hidden over the last 2 days - nesting strongly suspected. While I keep hearing the scarlet tanager it has not made an appearance . 
My uncle is doing very well  and though he has visits from PT, OT and Rn's - he really hasn't needed help getting out of chairs and does the exercises without any prompting and is getting around almost at his baseline . ( He still naps a lot.) I think I will feel pretty comfortable leaving next Friday after his Dr's appointments for next week.
