Cause you remember when…

After a full day in the office I ran home (in the car mind, not with my legs) and had my lovely Gousto prepared by himself and then we headed to the allotment to be industrious in the light evening ( between torrential rain showers).

I was weeding and Himself was digging… we worked away for forty five minutes or so and that was enough.

A little done and we had worked up a sweat

I was slightly concerned though. Last year the allotment was overrun by Himalayan Balsam which is not natural and very invasive.

As we walked through the plots tonight I’m thinking to myself…. All this balsam… did No one clear it out last year..

And then I took a photo with my app and discovered what I thought was balsam was actually campion.

Pft. I nearly killed them for nothing


(I think I probably killed a lot last year)
