Companion

My arm picked up a traveling companion when I was was down at the woods. A Mayfly of some description.

I was good to see, finally, my first damselflies of the year. And with the butterflies and moths I saw: Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell, Speckled Wood, Holly Blue, Small White, Orange-tip, Brown Silver-line and Mother Shipton.

I’ve just about negotiated my deadline crunch period with a final push. I now await my brain and body reminding me that I shouldn’t be asking that of them anymore.
