Day One
And so it begins and hopefully it will make me feel more me again! I share this for those it helps and for others please just scroll on by. The last 18 months or so has seen me begin to experience a range of symptoms associated with the drop in hormones in my body. Whilst this is a natural thing to happen, it hasn’t been the journey I had hoped. In my mind, I was going to sail into the next stage of life and that would be that. Partly this is due to the lack of information given to women about the menopause. I’ve experience hot flushes and now sweats that leave me exhausted most mornings and unexplainable low moods at times. There is other stuff too and after researching and reading and listening to podcasts- not forgetting Davina McCall’s recent program… I decided to give this a go.
