Boy Meets Girl

A day of deliveries - Pact coffee, Sainsbury's, Hello Fresh and last but not least these latest additions to our garden book themed statues/gnomes/ornaments. They came on a pallet and I was worried when the delivery guy phoned and said his lorry was about the same size as a double-decker bus. He got down our road OK though, managed to turn around and brought the pallet up to the garden on a hand pallet truck. He even took the pallet away afterwards which was good.

This evening our bathroom fitter may come to finish a couple of small jobs in the cloakroom, but it's more likely he will come tomorrow morning. It means we have to stay in though in case he calls and wants to come earlier.

In other news I descaled the Tassimo and kettle today, and fitted a new water filter cartridge.
