A sunny afternoon for a bike ride...

All electric today, so the ups were a mere nothing - I engaged Warp Factor 5 and kept up with Roy ;) 

A spot of domestic goddessery this morning while Roy tended his mini allotment across at Muriel's - energy levels sustained, thanks goodness! I was getting sick of drooping round the house sighing ;)
