Now that's what I call Wall Art

Christmas 2020 we were given a tour of Adnams distillery for a present. Today, after at least 5 cancellations we actually made it and it was well worth while. Lots of information, lots to see as we went round the plant, chatting to workers as we went, and lots of tastings at the end. We very much liked the simple gin (only three botanicals) and the pink gin (not at all sweet and tasting slightly of raspberries. 
The table on the right has examples of all the botanicals used in various gins, up to 14 in the most complex one.
Before arriving we received an email asking us to arrive 10/15 minutes early and to wear sensible shoes. It was therefore rather irritating when two members of the tour turned up 5 minutes after we were due to start and were wearing inappropriate shoes. The instructions were plain and simple, not difficult to understand but it takes all sorts I suppose.
Still a good day, ending up with us buying a bottle of both the pink and the Copper House gins.
