Shrewsbury’s finest

A glorious and rare day in the office by myself today. Free of distraction, I cracked on with some tasks that have needed doing for a while. Grace was allowed to escape school at lunch time so we popped to the House of Yum for the best meal in Shrewsbury - the monkfish panang. You will not have seen two happier faces than when our food arrived.

I took my running stuff with me today so that I could have a river run after work for a change of scene. I hadn’t factored in how hot it would still be at that time of day. Cue massive sweat fest.
