Let's Dance

How would you feel about inventing a dance routine in five minute then performing it solo before the rest of the class?
 
Well, when our dance artist today, Jenna , suggested it there was a ripple of panic through the group. 
 
(Jenna normally works with children who have no problem with improvisation).
 
 So she adjusted the exercise.  To our surprise and delight not only did we manage it but we enjoyed it too.  (You can teach an old dog new tricks… see extra).
 
Afterwards Jenna, who likes to dance outdoors, did a  “wee turn” for social media. See her on instagram..
