Abstract Thursday: "Mystery"
Here's my "mystery" entry for Ingeborg's AT challenge. It's straight out of camera - no fartnarkling, which is a little unusual for my abstract blips. I'll be very impressed if anyone works out what it is! (Answer tomorrow.)
We've had a lovely day - it started off cloudy and a bit chilly but we set off on a walk anyway and by late morning we were bathed in beautiful sunshine. We did a circular walk from Macclesfield, going up Old Buxton Road to Teggs Nose Country Park (coffee and cake at the cafe), then walked along the ridge to "Teggs Nose" itself (beautiful picnic spot) before descending into Langley Village then back over the Hollins. We then had a cuppa with one of my late Mum-in-Law's closest friends before a delicious Italian meal. We're ready for bed now!
In the extras: firstly a view from Teggs Nose trail, with 3 reservoirs, Ridgegate Reservoir on the left then Teggs Nose Reservoir on the right with Bottoms Reservoir behind it. Secondly a close-up of a Fritillary Butterfly which condescended to pose for a moment.
