Flowering in Autumn

This morning it wasn't too cold and we even had some sunshine after some heavy showers overnight. With the wind change early this afternoon there we had a few heavy shower and it became really cold. There is a lot of snow falling on the mountains at the moment. We are better off than parts of the North Island with strong winds and even a tornado.

Really good to good to be back in the pool again this morning. And my heart did behave, which I was a bit worried about after three days of it going off the beat.

This flower is of a Hosta that is drying back for Winter and it has started to flower. Has three flower stems on it. Never seen that before at this time of the year.
