Kate
This will be my last night with this bouncy tiny girl.
Kate has been with me 3 weeks. She was found 6 months old, only skin and bones and skittish. And with strange boldspots on her body. She got diagnosed with ringworm and some may know this nasty parasite. It is highly contagious and there has to be absolutely strict treatment to get rid of. So it took more than 5 months for her to get cleared by the vet - a long time for a so young cat to live in isolation.
She absolutely loves other cats, so I got the question if she could be Nuggets fostersister. Nugget is really kind and patient and likes company. But this little whirlwind was too much for hum. She is so desperate for attention that he can't even go to his litter box without her affectionate and playful company.
Since Nugget has his health issues and is an olderly cat, Kate is not the right companion. She will move back to the shelter into the big living room with 11 other cats. She will be absolutely thrilled to have a lot company. I have written her adoption ad, taken lots of cute pictures and made an adoption video, so it is only a matter of time before someone adopts her. Meanwhile she will be a great socialicing help with the more shy cats at the shelter, too.
