Party prep

This morning we waved off granny and grandad then came home to plant out the sunflowers. This afternoon my friend offered to take S to a storyteller show in Tob and then the park, this was perfect as it gave me loads of time to prepare all the food for tomorrow’s birthday party. I made a chocolate brownie number 4 cake which I decorated with pink buttercream icing and will finish tomorrow with some more sweet things, these fruit skewers and a nice mild chicken korma. This evening we are going to go do a final bit of tidying in the garden and hope it’s dry enough in the morning to put the big tent up.
