Black Tulip

OK, pedant I know it doesn't look black in this shot, but in reality, it is as near coal black as any flower I have ever seen.  The tulip is a solitary bloom in one of the containers on the patio.

More practice with the Canon.  This morning I helped Clickychick get the studio ready for clients on Sunday and Monday.  This will be the first session since we lost "The Mate".   A bit of an emotional time was had by all.
