Tic Tac Friday

I’ve spent a small fortune on tic tacs this week; Noo and the neighbour’s kids are working their way through all the flavours. Last week they worked their way through my fairy liquid and hand soap!!

A wet Friday in sunny Sussex. Nevertheless, I went for my run this morning before work, to the gym at lunchtime, and led an outside exercise class this afternoon. Once all that was done, the sun came out!
